Welcome to The Charm Suite. The rebirth of healthy hair, extensions and much more. Collectively we offer services for men and women. Whether you're relaxed, all natural, color treated, loc'd, a weave queen, or the king rocking a beard you've chosen the right place. A non refundable deposit is due at booking and will go towards cost of service. No call/no show appointments will be charged the full service fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact your service provider, you will only have the option to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% service fee. Please refrain from bringing additional guests. All guests will be asked to wait in the waiting area, they are not allowed in the suite. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will have their appointment rescheduled. Accommodating a late client inconveniences the other scheduled appointments.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Here at The Charm Suite we understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify your stylist and or The Charm Suite (414-309-1454) 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations that break these rules will cause you to forfeit your deposit/reservation fee and last minute cancellation fee added to your next appointment or deducted from the card set on file NO EXCEPTIONS
